This retreat will focus on all aspects of pregnancy. The spiritual, mental and physical. It will connect you to the source of our strength within and that comes from the mother of all, earth. Surrounding ourselves with other pregnant sisters and deepening the understanding of our feminine being.
As a woman the time of incarnation to motherhood is one of the most sacred and impactful initiations in life. It is where we meet ourselves in our highest form. What happens inside our bodies during pregnancy, birth and the evolution of our souls, is sometimes hard to understand with our minds. When we let it, it is when our feminine power ultimately comes to life. It is when we leave the juvenile and enter into our essence of motherhood. In most ancient cultures women receive spiritual guidance, tools and practices in their first 20-30 years as they get ready to transform into motherhood. In order to truly connect to our higher selves, inner strength, and a grounded connection to the earth we need to ensure we are balanced and ready to embody our full potential as nurturing birthing mothers. It requires us to take responsibility to look inside and love ourselves unconditionally, so we can walk our path confidently.
The time of pregnancy and the first years after birth are when the fundamentals of your child will absorb all impulses and instructions for their and your path in life. Taking the time for yourself to rest, learn, prepare and go within will not only benefit you in your life as an upcoming mother in a big way, but many generations to come. We women are channels as life givers, and may need guidance, ritual and sisterhood to firm the foundation and trust in our natural feminine force.
The nature of this retreat is to truly connect to your body, baby, mother earth and the period of life you are in. We will create a sacred space, with other pregnant sisters, where you can step in a container and dive deep into the transformation that is going on already.
We will facilitate rituals to embody your feminine power, to guide you towards harmonious energetic, physiologic birthing and post partum period.
This retreat is designed to enhance confidence and a relaxed joyful state for your upcoming birth and transformation as a woman. You will feel motivated to continue taking care of your body, mind & soul by bringing more ritual and practice into your life. Relaxation
Enjoy plenty of free time with yourself, your baby or to connect to other sisters. There is designated time to take naps, walk in nature, enjoy a swim, read a book or have a (pregnancy)massage.
Food and stay
During our stay everything will be taken care of. We will all enjoy a private stay in our beautifully designed single rooms. In room WIFI and Tv’s are not available, so you are able to fully focus on your integration. Daily healthy, vegetarian and organic meals will be served and snacks, fruits, tea and water will be available throughout the day.

A unique opportunity to capture your pregnant self in the beautiful surroundings of Mandali. Nice to know- The contents of the teachings and retreat are suitable for women in all stages of pregnancy. However we do advise you not to book this retreat if you are less than 12 or more than 34 weeks pregnant on the first day of arrival.
- Make sure to check your airlines rules. Some may require a letter from your doctor after a certain term in pregnancy.
- There are 2 ways to get to Mandali Retreat Centre from Malpensa airport. Rent a car or book a shared transfer.
- We advise you to book a cancellation and travel insurance for your total trip with an insurance company of your choice. This way you are fully covered, if for medical reasons you are not able to go on this journey with us.
- If you arrive before check-in time and leave after check-out time of your room, you may leave your luggage at the reception and use all facilities. Dressing rooms and showers are available at the spa.
- It’s possible to bring your partner without joining the retreat. Please ask us for the options.
