I believe in the power of optimising our wondrous bodies, through Yoga.

With over two decades dedicated to practising and studying various yoga styles, and undertaking over 1800 hours of teacher training across India, Nepal, and Italy, today I combine all of this experience by offering a unique blend of my own.

My approach is rooted in Classical Yoga principles from the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, incorporating Hatha Yoga Asanas (postures) and the Iyengar method for proper body alignment. I also enjoy incorporating Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, when the occasion presents itself.

In a typical class, you can expect the basics as a strong foundation to ground, and unify the spine. This creates space for the vagus nerve to function effectively, for your chakras to develop, and for your meridians to deeply reach all areas of the body.

Yoga is more than a practice; it's a lifestyle that keeps us healthy, and strong and harnesses our innate power. Through physical practice, we achieve a sattvic state—a calmness essential for meditation. Asanas help heighten our awareness, first on the mat with our bodies, and ideally translating this awareness into our daily lives.

What I love about Yoga is that it not only builds strength and health, but also empowers you to care for yourself and your loved ones.
