“Let Yoga be a path of the Heart. Everybody, no matter which age, fitness, or level of flexibility, can practice a soft attitude; can move and gently breathe awareness into their body. Give your best and not be too serious about it. Then, go home in your stillness and see what you find”. ~ Vira
